"I truly don’t know how other reviewers had bad things to say about this hotel. We had a triple room with a lake view and although it wasn’t the best view it was still beautiful and true to the photoessay. The breakfast and dinner were fabulous. The dinner was 40euro/person but was a four course meal and worth it. It was a wonderful location and wonderful staff. Would definitely return. "

"I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay while in Cortina. It’s the staff that are top notch. Ciro the concierge was absolutely fantastic in helping us plan our ski days. And then he would go above and beyond to plan evenings and dinners. The facilities were amazing. The room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Looking forward to returning many times. "

"Very nice property in a wonderful location. Easy access from car at entrance and from garage, sorry sometimes this is important if you travel with a lot of luggage. Valentino, front desk at night was super helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Would say they delivered exactly what I would expect at this price point. "

"The town of Forni Di Sopra is a beautiful setting. The hotel is on the edge of town by the ski hill. In the summer the ski hill has activities for kids and families. It’s a less than 10 minute walk to the center of town. Excellent location for hiking in the area. Our room was well kept and everything in the hotel is very clean. The hotel interior is dated- it has a modernist, mid-century to 1970’s aesthetic that is charming, and everything is in excellent condition. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant was good. We very much enjoyed out stay. "
