"Loved the location and condition…The breakfast was great. So was the restaurant at the hotel. Just a short drive from Cortina. Looking to the mountain behind the hotel you can see a waterfall. We drove as far as we could and found the trail an hiked up there. This is a wonderful magical thing to do as the waterfall is glorious,"

"The Wifi not working the whole time. Front desk reset the modem still not working. Find your own street parking. We got the room that hide behind with no view. Our deck was under an outside stairs. Its a share deck. Have to walk to someone else deck to get a view. Shower head won’t stay up keep fall down. Asked front desk for hiking suggestion, not quite helpful, his English is limited, the area was outside the map he has. Breakfast was just average…overall, this hotel has an old and cheap...

"We rented 3 rooms for our party of 6 for a Christmas Ski trip, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and friendliness of all the staff. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. "The hotel is much more of a 3 star than a 4 star. The price reflects that so it’s a good value for Cortina. The location is great, very convenient to town and the bus to the lifts. The rooms are quite small and pretty basic. The breakfast is just adequate and the only fruit available each day was a bowl of unripe kiwis. The lobby area is large and comfortable but an eclectic mix of furniture. "

"The hotel is quite old looking, but nothing different from anything else in Cortina. The room is ok, bed is confy. Bathroom is fine with good shower, the only real problem is the WiFi which is terrible. The staff is AMAZING. Always very very helpful. Location is perfect, exactly in the city centre with private parking."

"We stayed here for only one night on our way to Lake Como. We enjoyed the hotel for it's genuine Austrian feel and beautiful scenery. It was very well priced and we ate dinner here which was also good value at 12 euros each. The staff spoke limited English but were very helpful. Highly recommend."
