The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful. She took us to our room and was clearly proud of the hotel and what it offered. The hotel construction, furnishings and décor reminded us of stays we have had in castles and manors. Warm and inviting rooms, and the amenities were like those provided by much more expensive hotels. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

The room was spacious and clean. We had a little difficulty right after checking in, but everything ended up fine and one day this event will be funny. We left our luggage and car keys in our room and then went to eat. When we returned from eating, our card key would not work. We could not get in touch with the leasers, but when we contacted Hotels.com, the issue was worked through quickly. We were issued a new key and everything else went smoothly.
