She was amazing that day as well as our entire 11 day stay. Francesca was very helpful with making arrangements for our spa experience and finding us our transportation to the airport. "It was a beautiful hotel and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated how well they took care of us. However, I would warn other guests not to underestimate the Passo Della Mauria on the way into Forni di Sopra, especially in the winter. "
