Always responded quickly to any queries. Be aware that if you have mobility issues there are lots of stairs to get to the hotel and rooms."

"Absolutely incredible stay at Casas Brancas Hotel in Buzios. We stayed two nights in the summer and cannot speak highly enough of this place—we just wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is definitely one of the highlights. Both Juliana and Gabriel were very kind and helpful. We had an early booking for a boat trip that required us to leave the hotel at 6 a.m., and they prepared a little breakfast bag for us to take on the go. The rooms are beautiful. We had one with an ocean view and a small balcony—sublime! The food at the restaurant is delicious, as are the drinks. Breakfast is also amazing. The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes from the center (Rua das Pedras) and about 10 minutes from some lovely beaches. The only thing I’d like to point out is that there are quite a few stairs, so keep this in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues."

" I had a great stay at Forno Guesthouse. The room was clean and modern. The view from my pool view room was spectacular. I have stayed at several places in Buzios over the past two years. So far, for me, Forno is the best location, and I plan to stay there again because of the scenery, its proximity to the beach and City Center, and the property manager, Filipe, who understands how important customer satisfaction is.
