"Tog lång tid att checka in! Ingen svarade i telefon! Efter 30min fick vi leta efter personalen som inte hade kunskap om hur hon skulle checka in oss. All personal var någon annanstans och fokuserad på ett bröllop! Låset på dörren av ur funktion, åter ingen som svarade i telefon. Rummet var stort och fint och bra utrustat!"
