It was good except for a few things. When I asked about parking around the back to unpack the agency knew very little. We weren't game enough to park at ground level and eventually found a numbered parking place downstairs. Then we found there was no lift to ground level, had no idea how to work the ground level lift after carrying things up, as we are old and had no idea that the little thing on the key worked the doors, lift etc. After three trips via the stairs a person showed us how to work the lift. Also, we would have liked to have been told that the intercom did not work and had to find that out for ourselves, with difficulty. There was hardly ever anyone around whom we could have asked, and the agency was very polite when I rang but couldn't help much. Also, we would have appreciated some information re getting rid of rubbish, and we put it all in the bins across the road. Everything else was fine, but some information when we picked up the key would have been a great help. The street was so much easier for parking than the downstairs car park.
