A short distance out of the small city of Milton, WI is a neat old wood covered bridge. It provides a little used road over a small meandering stream. On this Winter day we received over a foot of snow. The white flakes and the red bridge created one of my favorite Americana photos. The tree lined snowy path provides a surreal and wintery feel.

"The property definitely needs some help, considering what is charged per night. The upstairs was so hot, it was unbearable. The AC did not help, so a window unit AC might be considered. The upstairs shower may not even exist, because virtually no water comes out of the shower head. The Gazebo was filthy; the pier was very rickety and in need of repair. All in all, the pictures don't match reality. "

The weather was fantastic so we got to use the different outdoor toys and hangout in the water a lot too. Nice and private area where we felt comfortable to do as we pleased.
