"Beautiful and very clean home and well equipped for a comfortable stay. WeCame for the jazz festival and the home is conveniently located fromNewport. We also enjoyed the shops in the town of Bristol which is right over the bridge near the home. Stephanie was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and always reachable for questions. The beds in the home are very compfortable and all in our group commented on having a good nights sleep. The kitchen is really the heart of this home and it creates a perfect centerpiece for enjoying the home and appreciating the huge backyard and views. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again. "

The house did not disappoint! It’s just as depicted. The outdoor space is great for hanging out. And the location is convenient to Newport, Bristol, Tiverton and beyond. "

"There were 5 of us girls that have been friends since grade school. We all turned 60 this year and celebrated with a trip to RI for 4 days. The Morgan House was perfect for our trip. Very clean. Just as described in listing. Stacy, the owner, has thought of everything and beyond. The snacks on the counter, the coffee available, the water bottles and all the other little extra's. Having 3 bathrooms for 5 women was a ! Very convenient walk to Flo's for a lobster roll and Shultzy's for ice cream. We were only at the house in the early morn and back after dinner. Easy drive to Newport. If you're thinking of renting there, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed."
"Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again."
"The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place."
"This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again."
