About this property

Carriage House

The carriage house is a 15 minute walk to old town and 5 minute walk to breweries including New Belgium. It is in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Collins that originally houses sugar beet farmers. The carriage house was built in 2019 and has modern furnishings. I live in the front house on the property. This is a 30 day + rental due to city regulation.

Thi unit is off the ally with its own parking pad, private entrance, and patio. Also, close to the Poudre Trail offering miles of trails along the river.
