"We paid extra for a whirlpool tub- didn’t work Pool area & hotel In general haven’t been updated in years. Ice machines didn’t work on 2,3 floor so only one for whole hotel. Electric chargers for cars didn’t work. Towels in room were dirty. "

"The room was clean with a seating area and pseudo-fireplace. Staff at the desk, the cleaning, the breakfast folks all personable, friendly and engaging."

"Check in was quick. The room was clean. Conveniently located on the outskirts of Sault Ste. Marie heading east. Many fast food restaurants close by."

"Our 3 night Stay was ok. The bed was very good. Shower was good. Front Desk staff very good. Basic cleaning was good but the room needs an in depth cleaning. Desk chair had stains and white flakes all over it. Furniture needs better cleaning, everything was fairly dusty. Toilet kept running and you had to wiggle the flusher to get it to stop. They thanked me for letting them know and said they’d get it fixed. Not sure why the cleaning staff didn’t notice it?? Included breakfast was ok, food was refilled regularly but the tables were left dirty so you had to use a napkin to wipe them before you sat down."

"Staff was friendly. There was a loud noise coming from the middle of the wall as we tried to sleep. Sounded like water was draining into the wall. When I say loud, I mean it. Woke the husband from dead sleep. Also, the door to my room doesn’t close on its own. For me, not a big deal, as I always make sure that the door is closed and obviously locked, but some people don’t and trust the hard close. Pillows are tiny! Bed was good. Free breakfast was good! Don’t think this hotel would be a choice to stay again. Did tell front desk about the door and water sounds."

"Everyone and everything was the same as it was before. The staff remembered me and even gave me the same room as before. Very polite and always smiling. Will come back just hope the price is not any higher."
