We stayed at the Microtel for two nights due to appointments at the Sault Area Hospital which is close by. The room was clean with excellent bed and bedding. The staff was helpful and accomodating. The amenities....air, wifi, tv, etc worked as they should. The breakfast room is large and well stocked. This will be our go-to place for future medical appointments.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our accessible room was excellent, spacious, and well-appointed, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The indoor pool was a lovely bonus, and the breakfast offered a nice start to the day. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience! We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and excellent hospitality. Property was well maintained, clean modern and staff were friendly. Room was small and crammed similar to what you might expect on a cruise ship. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. It has a limited selection of what would be found at a typical continental breakfast.
