"The house was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. Sunsets from the back patio were especially enjoyable. Although near a state highway, it is a very quiet location. The shower could be improved by the addition of grab bars or at least a slip-resist bathmat because it has a very slick floor. Addition of a wine bottle opener in the kitchen would also be desirable. Those are literally the only things we found wanting."

"Sid our host made us feel very welcome. Our room was really comfortable and clean. The house is lovely and homely, We found a lovely restaurant in the town and after dinner sat in the garden star gazing. Breakfast was lovely and we had a nice chat with Sid."

"I was expecting a room similar to what was shown on the site. I was not aware there were separate areas which is where we were assigned. While comfortable and clean, it was not as “old world” as I was hoping. The lobby and main building were like stepping back in time right down to actual keys on a brass key tag. Loved the atmosphere and charm of the area. "
