The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast offered a variety of foods from cereal and continental choices to full English cooked breakfast. "Beds were comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Only trouble was staff forgot to clean the room so we did not have fresh towels and tea/cofee refills after the first night. But when we informed the desk, they immediately sent someone with it. It shows how helpful the staff are and how quickly they corrected this. Amazing hotel and look forward to staying there again"

"The room was in a small house called the cottage which was nice with all the facilities we needed. The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we were near the front door, so could hear people coming in out during the evening. It's worth getting there earlier in the day if possibe as it is on street parking with a permit provided at check-in, and there we no spaces left closer than the other end of the street."
