"The staff in every area were incredible, we had a 3yr old and a 5yr old and the room with sofa bed was more than ample. We felt like one night wasn’t enough as we had such a great stay. Dinner at Brickworks and the breakfast next morning was superb. "

"There’s disabled parking right at the hotel but to understand how to access it call the hotel direct so you don’t get caught out. The rooms are on the small side as are the beds, we had a room for 3 adults. Breakfast was good and plenty available. If Miles is on reception you’ll be well looked after. He explained all about the Quays and shopping and dining options and really knows his stuff. It makes it easier to shop till you drop knowing the hotel is easily accessible"

"Very small room, one small can of water given. £3.15 for a small can of water at the bar downstairs. No amenities to buy general bits downstairs so couldnt get water anywhere in the night. Breakfast served very late so if you have to leave before 8 am don’t bother with breakfast. Booked pool but it was packed."
