"Starting with check in. I called a number I found on the front desk 3 times before a group of employees walked down the hall and I asked one of them to check me in. He seemed annoyed hecouldnt stay with the group and keep chatting and had to work. We stayed for 4 days. Each day we took the kids to swim atleast once. They always said the towels were being washed and to use our room towels. Even when we went as soon as the pool opened in the mornings and stopped atthe desk before we got in. We had to beg for new room towels on the night of day 2. There were 4 of us in a room with 3 towels. We were also told there was not a spare blanket or sheet in the entire hotel. Most mornings breakfast pans were all but empty and again our group went between 6:15-8am. Our bathroom smelled heavily of pot when we first walked in the door and took 2 days to dissipate. It was like the staff had smoked in it while "cleaning it." We had 4 rooms. One of the other rooms smelled of rotten meat the entire time. We come to Muskogee often but have never stayed here and never will again."

"Might've been bad luck for the hotel as well as myself, but during the stay the ac in the room kept freezing over. One of the elevators broke down. One of the doors to outside was out of order. The ice maker on the floor I was on was out of order. Plus being next to the stairs, the door slammed so loud and often it was quite annoying. The staff tried to help with the ac issue, but the hotel was sold out so no extra available rooms for the stay."

"There is no pool. There is a master switch for the plugs that is not marked. Lights and plugs do not work unless turned on and it is located on the wall when you enter the room. The person working the breakfast does not use basic hygienics. No gloves when handling food. Removed garbage can and then put it back and did not wash hands and began cleaning counter tops with her hand. "
