"Cottage was cute and clean but had a major bug problem. Spiders, centipedes, and earwigs. We even killed a hornet in the dining room. Reached out to the host on day two, they said it was that time of year on the cape. After killing 15 spiders by day 3, I insisted they have someone spray. They said they sprayed the next day, but no sign of that. We kept getting 3 or 4 spiders a day and then started getting the centipedes, 3 in total. I was frustrated beyond belief. They offered to move us 7 days into our 10 day stay. By that time it was too late. Cute cottage, but would never stay there again. We visit the cape 2 or 3 times a year and have never experienced this before and we had guests staying with us."
