When I asked to speak to a manager, he said they did t have one to talk with. Even another staff there told him to just make the correction in the system that it was a simple gliche in the computer. There was also NO hot water either night to which the reply was sorry. We can move you to a room if we find one…. I will make a note… nothing ever came available. "
