➤ The apartment gets afternoon sun through the sliding glass windows and is otherwise shaded.



➤ Kitchen equipped for real cooking, with sharp knives and non-stick pots and pans.



➤ Wi-Fi: Redundant AT&T and Comcast internet connections, both at the highest residential speeds available. Wi-Fi is strong throughout the property for 4K streaming and video calls.



➤ Laundry: The shared laundry room has a coin-operated washer and dryer. Each takes six quarters per load. The laundry is shared with five other units.



➤ A pack-n-play is provided, and a highchair is available on request.



➤ Coffee: We provide a Keurig coffee maker and four coffee pods for your first morning. We no longer provide a drip/filter coffee maker.



➤ TVs: 4K Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Sign in to your own streaming accounts. Cable is not provided, and local channels are very limited.



➤ Beach gear: We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide beach umbrellas, but you can rent them at some beaches. We do not provide snorkeling gear.
