Thoroughly residential neighborhood, 0.6 mile walk to Wilton Drive. Parking for one car only. Window AC unit. Furnished like a hotel room, just a bedroom and a bathroom. Private entrance, you get the whole apartment to yourself. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster & mini-fridge.

Wifi: redundant high speed connections
4K SmartTV, log on to your Netflix/HBO/etc account
Parking: free, off-street, one car
Crib, Beach gear

Cooking: there is no kitchen, there is a Microwave, coffee maker, toaster & mini-fridge.

Wi-Fi: two internet connections (Comcast and AT&T) provide redundancy. Both are the highest residential speeds available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property. Stream 4K movies or do video calls.

Laundry: There is no washer or dryer

Parking: assigned parking for one car in front of the building. The nearest parking for a second car is 6 blocks away (0.4 miles).

Babies: every unit has a Pack n Play Crib

Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Grill (Shared gas grill): The grill in the backyard is shared by seven units. You are welcome to clean it to your satisfaction and then to use it. Most guests just heat it up to 400-500 degrees, brush it off a bit, and find that satisfactory. If the gas runs out, let us know, and we will fill it the next morning (Sundays excepted).

I live in Romania, so all non-emergency communication needs to go through the Airbnb messaging system. In case of emergency, my property manager lives less than a mile away.

The TV gets local channels only. It is a Smart TV, so you can access Netflix, HBO or other streaming services.

Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).
