overall our stay was effortless. Check in was easy and the room was very clean and cozy. The strip it is on has a lot of shopping plazas as well as restaurants so it is very convenient. This is the second time i have stayed at the units and would definitely recommend and be staying here again

The room was good. Clean. The kitchen was adequate. The sofa and bed were comfortable. AC was good. TV options (Roku) were good. WiFi was a bit spotty. Bathrooms were older but clean. Remote fans and lights were OK, but it seems that other controllers affected them. The light and fan would randomly turn on/off. I stayed in Apartment 1 - it is next to the (commercial) laundry, so could be a bit noisy.

The cleaning staff was great, wonderful place for eight people to stay… Close to the beach, the pool was a little cloudy, but that was OK… We had some noisy spring breakers down the hall that’s to be expected

Nice clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. Just a 15 minute walk to the Lauderdale By the Sea beach which has lots of restaurants and bars. There was also a convenience store, restaurants and an Irish bar around the corner. Rental company was very responsive to questions. Would for sure stay again.
