Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse, including the spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony. You’ll also enjoy access to the building’s resort-style amenities, including the pool, rooftop lounge, fitness center, and shared common areas. Self check-in is available via a secure smart lock, allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival experience.
One complimentary parking space is included in the covered garage. Additional street parking may be available nearby. Two small locked owner’s cabinets in the kitchen are not accessible to guests.

We provide a starter set of essentials to help you settle in comfortably, including:

* Towels, washcloths, and toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner)
* Kitchen essentials (paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, cooking basics)
