"The housekeeper serviced our room and somehow locked us out and we had to wait 45 minutes for re-entry, someone at the front desk charged us a parking fee when we didn't have a car and the manager was very combative about it, and there were several strands of hair everywhere in our room. When I questioned about my deposit and obtaining a receipt, I was giving the run around and at that upset me because I encountered several issues and not one time did I complain, but this did it for me. I will not be staying here again. Accountability is key for me and my funds. "

"Very clean and beautiful room. The pictures are a little misleading. The rooftop bar is not connected to the hotel and was permanently closed months ago. Also, it’s only valet parking. The street was metered. Overall, great location and room!"
