Visit Hollywood Beach often. The small kitchen is a great add over a normal hotel room. TV area is nice to relax in. Bathroom clean and new. Only concern is parking. We had no issues finding a spot but during busier times it might be an issue. Will definitely stay here again!!

It’s nice but they need a larger dehumidifier. They need a fan upstairs bc when the ac turns off it gets hot in the bed. They need towel hooks. The sofa is not comfy, but who really stays inside when outside is the beach. It was perfect for our trip!

A slice of heaven...

We had a great stay! The location is fantastic! We were less than a 500 foot walk from the beach and smack dab in the middle of Hollywood Beach!!! We had numerous stores, restaurants, etc. within a half mile from our front door. The loft set up was a great use of space. The only real gripe we had was the comfort of the sofa. It left a lot to be desired, but we imagine most people staying there are at the beach. :)

Not a place for a family vacation.

Well, if we knew what we were getting into - we'd book elsewhere. First - space is tiny, it was my wife and I and our 7 year old daughter. We didn't quite fit in there. Also, there was a listing for a twin sofa bed, which wasn't there. So I had to sleep on an inflatable mattress and my back still hurts. Check in experience was interesting, to say the least. You need to download their app, check in through there, as there is no office. Early check in is $70, parking is $10 per day and there is no parking between hours of 7am and 11pm. So I paid $100 a day to park in city lots and garages. And that parking gets full as well, so plan accordingly. Nothing like walking a mile back to the hotel in Fla heat. But kitchenette was very nice, location is amazing, just need to be prepared and know what to expect.

Great stay. I am very particular because I must be comfortable wherever I stay. It is cozy for 2. Any more is a tight fit.Very Clean, smells great(no foul odors in unit#2.) No bugs inside. Modern and nicely decorated. Self check in. No issues, just follow instructions sent thru DesignerVR emails/link. Plates/cups/utensils /pots /pans/ stove etc. Roku tv only so thats a bit different. Maybe you can stream your home cable tv app through your phone or laptop (cast it to their tv.) Only issue one may encounter is parking. You must pay..approx $43@24hrs for parking garage at Garfield street or approx $85@24hrs on the street. You may not see a meter on the street but there are signs to pay on ParkMobile app. I suppose you could chance it and not pay to park streetside but thats a gamble(tickets/towed.) Bed was a little uncomfortable for me. The building is nestled in between others, almost unnoticeable. Great location though. Stayed 1 night. Will definitely return.

I mainly chose this property because of my love for lofts. The room had everything i needed for my 3 night stay. Walkable distance to groceries and food places, 5min max because of how close they were. The only downside was parking. The day passes helped on the cost, but because there was no designated parking lots like other properties around, it was hard to find an open spot. Luckily a beach goer was leaving, as i circled the streets, and i got a spot directly out front. If you dont drive, this is still a perfect spot for a mini vaca. Will definitely reserve again!
