This 1 bed 1 bath apartment has been newly renovated and decorated. It is located in downtown FortLauderdale. The decorations and accent items make this apartment a home away from home. I trust that you will enjoy your stay. The unit can accommodate 2 adults in a comfy king bed. It is located within walking distance to Las Olas, local restaurants, Starbucks, bars and convenience stores. The apartment is perfect for a weekend getaway or for business travel. Parking is on site and off street. Looked for a decent value property near to downtown This small house fitted the bill. 15 minutes max walk to the river, plenty of room and was comfortable. It’s a little dated decor wise but I enjoyed it, my wife not so much..free parking was a bonus
