The Blue Wave Beach Home is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, 2,100 ft house, with a pool, in the highly desired neighborhood, The Cove @ Deerfield Beach. This 2-story open floor plan home has everything you need for your trip. It is the perfect spot to retreat to, as you explore south Florida.

Relax in the heated salt water pool and enjoy the covered outdoor living area. There is plenty of room to cool off inside and watch a movie on your favorite streaming service. Our open-concept kitchen has all the essentials to dine in. Finish off the day in the comfy beds and sleep in.

Deerfield Beach is rated as one of the nation’s cleanest and most environmentally safe beaches, which has earned its certification as a “Blue Wave Beach” from the Clean Beach Coalition. Bike, walk or drive to get your toes in the sand at our pristine, open-access beaches. Cruise the boardwalk for coastal shopping, dining, and entertainment. Check out the 920-foot International Fishing Pier and give fishing a shot or take in the incredible ocean views and onsite concessions.

House RULES:

- Check-in after 4pm (Early check-in available upon request)
- Check out by 11am (Late check-outs available upon request)
- Quiet hours 9pm - 7am (per city)
- Turn off jacuzzi after each use

Utilities:

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (a/c). If you are running the a/c, please ensure the doors and windows remain closed.

Pets:

Small, non-service, dogs (<20 lbs) are allowed; pending a non-refundable pet deposit. $50/pet. No more than 2 dogs.

Note- We have a front door ring camera/doorbell to keep an eye on our home when it is vacant.

I loved everything about this home !! The master bedroom was to die for and the backyard was breathtaking, the home was clean, I would definitely be booking again. They also had everything. Literally everything from pool supplies, baby pack n plays, high chair ! Everything. This home is suitable for any trip.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is very well kept, clean and spacious. The backyard, pool and spa is a great place relaxing and very private. It is in a perfect location - walkable to the Cove restaurants and close to the beach and great restaurants. Kasey is a terrific host and very responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely family time
The house was really nice. We went to the beach everyday (5min drive) and borrowed the umbrella, chairs and towels that were provided for us. My daughters truly enjoyed the pool/hot tub. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you Kasey!

What a great place to stay.
Had a fabulous time May 8th thru May 15th at this beautiful residence. Just perfect for our 4 family member and 2 year year old grandson and we loved that it had all the toddler essentials. Home was extremely well appointed, clean and tidy, comfy beds, nice linens and fluffy white towels.Pool was awesome, and we had a lovely Mothers day barbeque with our son and friend joining us for the afternoon. (he lives 15 mins away) This location suited us very well, easy walk to the Cove shops and eateries with Sullivan park on the other side of the causeway, Just 20 mins to the beach taking it slow which we did twice - the beach cart, beach chairs umbrella, and beach towels were just a great added bonus, as were the washer and dryer!. Pool deck has large covered area with casual seating and also dining, which was also a huge plus to take advantage of the shade. The host, Kasey was terrific, checking in with us and when we needed a water filter for the fridge, she ordered immediately for next day delivery. We for sure would stay again . Highly recommend. A great place with amenities galore and a no hassle checkout!!!
We are a bunch of 6 to 7 women that travel from New Jersey to Florida every year to play pickle ball in different areas in Florida. We are coming back to this house next year as it was in a super great location! The hot tub and pool were amazing. We didn’t want to leave the house. Quick response from the owners when we had a question! They provided us with coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, sugar, and all those little things that you need to get at the store usually. Upon leaving all we had to do was worry about the trash and the dishes. It’s an amazing place stay! Thank you for letting us use your home.

Deerfield beach house
What a beautiful clean home. We had a wonderful week staying in here. The house is so clean and up to date. The condition of all furniture is by far the best we have seen in a rental home. The yard was perfect for our family with small children. The heated pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature all the time. I can go on and on about how nice our stay was. I will definitely be booking here again. One of the best family friendly homes available. Thank you Kasey!

The hostess is excellent. She answers your questions and needs immediately. The house is beautiful, well decorated and close to restaurants and shops Stop in at the Cove Brewery, it's a 2 min walk 2 min from Publix, 5 min from Target and 3 min drive to the beach great hot tub and a heated pool Open floor plan I highly recommend this property. Awesome Deerfield vacation
The house is everything you see in the photos and more. The furnishings were wonderful and the owners have thought of every detail(very comfortable beds). We enjoyed the bicycles, pool and grilling out with family. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Family Vacation
This stay was a home away from home. We cooked breakfast in the morning and grilled outside by the pool in evening. We spent each day at a different beach and having beach chairs, a wagon and umbrella available to us was so convenient. Our kids and grandkids loved the card and board games, foosball table and especially the pool! We slept so good as the beds are so comfy! (Especially the Master Bed). We enjoyed having all app access with the TV. The only bad thing my grandkids had to say was "Having to leave." This was our first trip to Florida as a family. We created so many memories in this house in just a few days! We plan to come back and will definitely be staying here again!

Full equipped home with a beautiful backyard
This hike is fully equipped with everything you need from a beach cart, beach towels, and chairs to a beautiful backyard with a huge covered patio. The only 3 things I found that we may have needed but couldn’t find were kitchen towels, pizza cutter, and scissors. The beach is about a 5-7 minute drive but would be a much longer walk. We love every minute of our stay

Beautiful home close to the beach
This was a perfect house for 4 adults and 2 children to stay at. Backyard was a nice hangout place and we loved the hot tub. We had minor issues with the hot tub when we arrived but the owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved quickly. The beds, comforters, and pillows were so comfortable! So close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! I would highly recommend staying here! Can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay!
We came to Florida for a family wedding. Our stay at this home was wonderful. It was spacious and had all the amenities as described, plus some. The space was great for three couples. We arrived late at night, and it was wonderful that they had coffee, creamer and sugar available for our use before we could make a shopping trip. The beds were comfy, it was awesome to have three full bathrooms. A few family members jumped in the heated pool, and we used the bikes that the home had to ride to the beach. The home was within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the beach. That was great, as it allowed us to venture around town, since initially we did not have a rental car. The host had the home stocked with plenty of towels, including beach/pool towels, spare toothbrushes, shampoos, etc., as well as ice chests for use. The home had plenty of seating on the couches, bar, and big family dinner table. Our family would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other families.

My wife and I and our high school age children stayed over Thanksgiving. The home was better than what we expected. The pool and hot tub were awesome! We absolutely loved the privacy of the primary bedroom suite. Also super close to Deerfield beach. I would definitely recommend this home and it would stay there again.
