HOUSE RULES:

Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Pets: Welcome. $350 pet fee. Clean up required; must not disturb neighbors.
No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. $1,500 fee for violations.
No Parties/Events: Unauthorized gatherings not permitted.
Guest Count: $60/person/night for groups exceeding 6. All guests must be on reservation.
Check-In: Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to an additional fee.Registered booker only. Third-party check-ins need prior written host approval.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM daily.
Security: 24hr exterior cameras for guest safety.
Parking: Max 3 vehicles on property.
Garbage: Must fit in provided receptacles. $120 fee if exceeded.
Dock: Pre-approval required for yachts. Daily fee applies. Inquire before arrival.
To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please respect the following house rules.

• Guests: A maximum of 16 guests are permitted on the property.
• Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
• Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are permitted inside the villa.
• Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am daily.
• Security: For your safety, the property is monitored by 24-hour security cameras on the exterior perimeter only. There are also noise monitors in the common areas to comply with city ordinances (these do not record sound, only measure decibel levels).
• Commercial Use: Commercial photography and filming are allowed, but please discuss this with us prior to booking.
• Only pre-approved vendors authorized by Luxuri are permitted on the property. For security and quality assurance purposes, we do not allow any vendors or service providers who have not been reviewed and approved through our official Luxuri process.
• Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles. Please note that any vehicle brought by a vendor associated with your stay will be counted toward this two-vehicle limit.
• All vehicles must be parked inside the garage.
• Elevator access is available only with prior approval and requires an additional damage deposit of $1,000.
