All was good came in after cruise and was able to get into a room about 1PM. Had stayed acouple nights before the cruise. We have stayed at this property several times before cruises. Only suggestion might be to have breakfast hours maybe an hour longer (7AM to10M)

A tired hotel

This place is tired. The roadway out front is and has been under construction. We left for the airport too early for their breakfast or shuttle, so this was just a bed before a flight. Tiki bar was not open.

Very nice place to stay a little aggravating because of construction going on but you just work with it and get through it. Room was good breakfast was OK only problem I had was chicken and the lady wanted to argue with me that my room was not paid for and I know it was because I paid for it online

The hotel is really low quality, most of clients use it because the free transport to cruise ships, which is a chaos: you need to book the night before, but in the morning there is a savage confusion, and you have a risk of being left there if you are not a bit "aggressive".

Very Disappointed

This hotel was very disappointed. The food choices was very limited with no hot meals. Website stated hot breakfast would be provided. Only dry bread was available for breakfast. No teabags were available or items for hot tea. Normally hotel with breakfast would have everything laid out at the breakfast area. The room was very small and not as shown on website.

There is absolutely nothing near this place and they do not use the shuttle service they advertise (because of covid) so you are stuck here. They do have one restaurant the food was ok not great but not poor. The outside bar does not open till after 4( if they have the help). The staff was ok again not overly friendly but not rude. But I would not stay here because of the fact that there is no place to go and no shuttle to take you anywhere

Housekeeping staff needs further training on how to clean the rooms, especially the floors. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was very disappointing, cold and tasteless. We did not participate on the second morning that we stayed.There was no orange juice, creamer had to be asked for as well as milk for the cereal. This has been discussed with management and payment was reimbursed.

Honestly for what this hotel is it is wayyyy to pricey, the fact that you have to put a deposit of $200 and wait 3-5 days after you checkout in order to get it back is ridiculous. You may not even get the deposit back if there’s trash in your room etc. so make sure you leave everything spotless or say goodbye to your $200 deposit. The deposit doesn’t go towards the room charge and you pay everything as soon as you get there. The breakfast included is disgusting only had it once. The hotel is in a not so good area right by the highway. There’s only two floors and all the rooms are inside not too safe when you’re a women. Don’t recommend and will never comeback.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel. The floors were disgusting when I walked in with visible hair on the floor that I ended up cleaning. The air conditioner smelled of mildew so bad that by the time I left, I was an absolute mess. The inside of the shower was so slippery I almost fell and got push back from hotel management when I requested a mat. The roll away I paid extra for was not there and I had to request it again after I arrived. The exercise room that they emphasize on the website and their voicemail had the TV missing, no peddle covers on the exercise bike, the treadmill was broken, the elliptical was not working properly, the towel basket wasn't emptied for the full 5 days I was there, and the air conditioner was the same mildew situation as my room. My biggest frustration is that there is a vent in the bathroom that looks straight into an adjacent room with no filter. My room smelled of smoke from whoever was over there every day. The fact that someone could look into my bathroom was unnerving. The pool was disgusting with hair and litter in it until they had it cleaned the 2nd to last day I was there. Needless to say, I was absolutely appalled by the entire experience.
