Great stay at riverside! We decided to book riverside for a few days before our cruise. The location is excellent with only a 4 minute walk to shops and the beautiful beach. The pool was warm and beautiful, our kids enjoyed it everyday. Some areas of the apartment looked like they needed a little tlc but very clean and mostly updated . Even though there is not an office or host on site; The hosts were very responsive when we needed more towels, toilet paper etc and always checking in to make sure our requests were fulfilled in a timely matter. Definitely would return here, great value stay!

Booked this rental because it had enough beds and space for everyone to spread out. It looked more modern online, but appears that only parts of the rental were updated. It was a bit noisy at times but a comfortable space to be in. The pool had a cool water fall and you could see lizards all over outside which the kids enjoyed. It is a short walk to the beach, a few restaurants, and Walgreens. Any issues brought up to the rental company were resolved quickly.

The assigned room was beyond dirty and the photos online DO NOT DEPICT the actual room, not by a long shot. Mold on the curtains, blinds that didn't close or were broken. Filthy door jams and baseboards. Vents and window sills are covered with black mold the bedskirt had stains and something sticky with wrapping papers was stuck to the night table and a rusty broken bedside lamp. The best part of the room was the bathroom. I have photo's to show the sad state of the room and had I of not been getting on a boat the next morning I would have complained. Customer servive via email was prompt and the pool was lovely.

Maintenance around the property is non existent. Every thing is overgrown, the elevator was out of commission & the entire property reeked so bad of cigarette smoke. So bad it actually woke me up out of a dead sleep. We tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. Our room was definitely not the one pictured. Judging by the other reviews & the price I paid, this is about what I expected. We were only in town for three nights so we toughed it out. Location was good.

I am born and raised in this area I needed a room for a night for an event. This property had a great price great location great amenities for the price. If property manager will spend one to two days I'm cleaning up landscaping. Invest in some mosquito balls look up online. This would be the perfect little spot. My only two complaints there's so much potential if landscaping was done once a month to every few months and window Shaker AC units that literally point at the head of the bed need to be changed or beds need to be placed in different directions my room had an AC window unit 3 ft away from the head of the bed and all night long the noise and temper changes were unbearable other than that perfect perfect don't put the head of the bed three free from the air conditioner

My friend and I had a a very nice time in our 3-day stay at Riverside Apartments. Although we never saw our hosts, they were "present" all the time, from the beginning. We really enjoyed the pool with that brautiful "cascade" (fall). The bed was veeery big and comfortable.The place was quiet and very near the sea -100m. I would definitely stay there again 😀

Used to be much better when you had employees on site no control of what is going on on premises guests fighting amongst themselves unpleasant keep closed eyes or not longer fit for families need cleaning around grounds pool elevator etc. The employees on the day time very pleasant and friendly

The pool water fall was not working ! Alarm was set off 3 times why I was there ! Beds were very hard pillows felt like bricks! Called to report that my room next door had loud noises and smoking weed and then it came trough the vents and seem like it didn’t matter but a few days it calm down after I complained several times! Also could not sleep at night time due to the furnace sound being loud and was not quite called to report it ! Why we was out they came back and the team told us it was normal! So I just said ok i highly recommend to check ur room before u settle in if ur staying here i ask for a small compassionate and was ignored!
