Perfectly located, you can easily access everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer from this apartment. It’s also not far from major highways, which makes access to Miami (south) or West Palm Beach (north) a breeze.

PARKING
The apartment does not come with designated parking.
There are paid parking lots and metered street parking next to and around the building, along with the Sonesta Hotel on the corner of Sunrise Blvd and A1A. We highly recommend the use of ride share because this listing is VERY centrally located to everything in the Fort Lauderdale area.

MOST AFFORDABLE PARKING IN THE AREA
Parking lot behind 2828 E SUNRISE BLVD - only a 5 minute (0.2 mile) walk from the listing. Parking is only $20/day, $30 for 2 days, $50 for 5 days, or $120 per month, depending on the season.

Just to the west of the building there is “Beach Parking” parking lot where you can park overnight for $40-50/night or if you want to valet at the Sonesta Hotel (corner of Sunrise Boulevard and A1A) you may do so for about $40/night.

NO PARTIES

Ring and NoiseAware technology monitors the property for our mutual safety, but to be clear the Ring device out front only activates with motion and these devices DO NOT record any video or sound whatsoever inside the home, as we respect your privacy.

CLEANLINESS

We also want to assure our guests that the entire home is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. All linens, sheets, and towels from the previous stay are thoroughly cleaned and replaced as well.

ACCESS
The unit is accessed by an electronic lock with keycode that is provided to our guests upon check-in. The apartment is on the second floor and you will have to walk up stairs to access the apartment.

You have access to the entire apartment. The place is centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer, and walking distance to countless bars, shops, and restaurants!

Our condo is very centrally located in a fantastic location, just steps away from the beach! In a short one-minute walk, you could spend your days soaking up the sun on the powdery sand of Fort Lauderdale Beach & Las Olas Beach. You can enjoy a meal with an ocean view at some of the finest restaurants in Ft Lauderdale as they are only a short walk away. You can tee off on the green at the Coral Ridge Country Club, or grab your fishing poles and reel in the catch of the day from the local pier, all just minutes away!
