The pool and patio are shared between 3 other condos on site. Space sleeps 4, queen size bed in the bedroom plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Beautiful 1 bedroom condo located directly on the intracoastal with a heated pool. This unit does not have water view from the condo BUT has amazing views of the intracoastal waterway from the patio/pool area. Enjoy watching the yachts sail by along with taking in amazing sunsets from the dock. Work from home, 1 block from the beach! Quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together.
Private entrance, full kitchen, free wifi, microwave, Keurig, plates and utensils, 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay!

We own all 4 condos on the property that share the pool/patio and dock area.

The Master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can enjoy watching your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our brand new grill. There is grocery delivery available, we can arrange to have the kitchen stocked with your favorites before your arrival. Please ask us about this! There are also some of the best local restaurants just minutes away!
There is a laundry room on-site available for guests to use.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire pool, patio, and dock area. Guest/ Self entry via a provided Code. The code will be provided on the day of check-in. Check-in 3pm & Check out 11am. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate early check-in or late checkouts at this time. Immediate Driving directions will be provided on the day of check-in. We will be available by phone or text for any questions or concerns, as we want you to have the best possible stay! Other things to note Pool and patio areas are shared with 3 other condos.
