    Zanzibar is a Cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a walk-in closet, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a full kitchen, and a dining table. It is completely set up with all the comforts of home. Relax on the deck with a drink and your loved one while watching the spectacular water view from the pool area!

    This unit is a DUPLEX with a pool shared by both sides.

    These are the initial products we supply:
    Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one liquid soap.
    Kitchen: 1 paper towel, a few trash bags, one sponge, one dish soap liquid.

    1 DOG ONLY WITH OWNER APPROVAL. MAX WEITH 26LB AND FEE $ 250

    Centrally located two blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the entertainment area of Lauderdale by the Sea. 20 minutes from the airport. Easy to get to golf, fishing, shopping, casinos, and nightlife. Bring your boat, rent one nearby, or enjoy the water view. Enjoy natural Florida living.

    The boat slip is reserved exclusively for the owner's use—no part of the rental is permitted.

    "The Rental Agreement must be handwritten, signed, and sent to us, along with a copy of ID for each person (18 years old) who will stay in the house.

    We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children.

    Utility For monthly and weekly rental: The owner pays US $70/ month or $16/weekly for the electricity costs. Our tenants are responsible for electricity costs over US $70/ month or $16/weekly.
