"The house was cute, cleanish, and a good location for us. We used to live in Marvin before we moved out of state and planned this get away to visit friends. Some issues we had were the front window was open and difficult to lock. The kitchen has 3 sinks which was interesting. When you hit the disposal on the main sink water would then shot out of the other sink. I won’t even speak of the smell when this happened!! The kitchen was not equipped fully. "I dont even know where to start. Ive never gvn a bad review but this will be my first one. Air conditioner unit didnt work. It was 3 of us and 2 of the guys ended up moving out before our time was up and just sacrificed the money they put up for the place. The dryer didnt work and the property manager they hv knew it didn't work before we got there. House is old but will be great once they fix it up. Still hv alot of work that needs done."
