"It was a great stay for a great event.the accomodations were perfect for the 2 of us very close to events and to food and granddaughters apartment.the only downside was there were wind chimes that were a little too noisy and stone sidewalk a little bit difficult to walk on"

"This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge."

"Convenient location for access to downtown Denver, Fort Collins, Golden etc, in quiet, safe neighborhood. Very clean, and well stocked. Rigo is extremely accommodating and helpful. Great to be sit outside with beautiful morning sun exposure."

"Spacious and impeccable two-bedroom with all the amenities needed for my week to be close to granddaughters who came for a sleepover in the bunk beds. Lovely reading corner in dining room plus huge sectional in living room to watch cartoons or snuggle up. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was super clean. Loved having coffee on patio listening to birds. Very quiet neighborhood w hiking trails nearby. Will stay again!"

"Not a bad place. Would have probably not stayed here if the listing did not say they had a hot tube. When we got there there was not a hot tub. Owner did correct the listing. I would have like the rules to this property before the time to get refunded. And only other issue was the a/c control was upstairs with the owner. But I would have to say overall not a bad spot. Owners are nice people."

"This property is clean, spacious and just as described. We appreciated the little extras like snacks, water in the fridge, kit for smores when using the fire pit. Sadly we didnt get time to use it! "This is my first time to the Denver area. The VRBO was exactly like the listing. Bed was comfortable. Everything you could possibly need, besides the Kleenex box, was there. Contact with the property manager was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Great offstreet parking. Walking distance to grocery store, coffee shop, etc."

"We were in Boulder for our son’s graduation. The property was a short (less than 10 minute) drive to campus and great hiking trails, and a 4 block walk to Pearl Street. The property was newly renovated and impeccably clean with super comfortable beds. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Our visit to Denver was for appointments at Children's Hospital and this VRBO location was perfect. About 10 minutes away on surface streets. There's a grocery nearby and a big playground on MLK about a mile away. For one adult and one child it was plenty big. The kitchen had pots and pans and dishes, but no food staples (salt, pepper, oil) like you often find left behind in VRBOs, so if you plan on cooking, you'll need to provide those."

"This location was great for visiting family in south Boulder. Generally welcoming and comfortable environment but for two older adults (over 70) the bed was a little low for us. Yes, I know, more PT could help! It would also help to have instructions on using the television."
