Outside the property could use some maintenance; specifically the patio was missing a side screen door and there were a few places in the screen that needed some repair. Not a problem at this time of year (mid November) but needs to be addressed before spring as insects on the coast can be a real issue at times. Overall, we had a great time and would come back. Very convenient location and quiet neighborhood."
