"This is one of the best hotels we've ever been in, in Columbus Georgia. The staff was amazing, the hotel as a whole, was clean, and very professional looking, when we walked in. The breakfast was the tip of greatness, for this hotel, other hotels need to follow suit......food looked like real food, set up so nicely.....and GOOD....Let me not forget to talk about, their pool, OMG, it was crystal clear and blue, just like my favorite color. (Which means peaceful). This hotel felt so positive. I hate we had to check out, but we'll be back. The room was beautiful, the shower felt like a much needed massage, across your back. Their beds, will put you to sleep as soon as your head hit the pillows. Very soft and comfortable. Management was awesome and showed so much and understanding of us. She went beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and we did. The Lady over house keeping, her ladies did an excellent job, on the room. Until we see you'll again, God bless the entire staff of HYATT. nobody can make us dislike this hotel, because what I saw, with my own eyes, is the truth. 10/10 we highly recommend. I'm saying this with my whole heart, with tears in my eyes. Dam shame I have to go to holiday inn 😭😭😭😭😭 . HYATT we love ❤ y'all on purpose🥰 pray for us that we find a place that's reasonable."

"very clean, smelled great! very upscale style, valet parking was very very convenient! It ended at 11pm but that’s not too bad. parking garage isn’t far at all. Overall this hotel is a hidden gem. 10/10 definitely would recommend"

"There was some mold in my room and they didn’t restock the shampoo when they cleaned the room. I asked if they could do some housekeeping and they didn’t. It’s really close to fort benning which is what I needed. I recommend for the price"
