Warm weather get away

We enjoyed the lovely pool. There was a very nice group of people there. Short walk to the beach. Close to other beaches if you wanted to drive. Our condo was well equipped with everything we needed and host was very responsive to our needs.

The property is lovely! Easy to communicate with Glenn.The only thing is the two restaurants listed in walking distance are closed.No biggie, except it was spring break time in south Florida and so difficult to drive anywhere. We were happy to get in the sun and out of Ohio!

Great Vacation

Condo and location was great. Glenn the host was very responsive. Check in is a breeze. Condo was very clean and well stocked ( could use some more wash cloths). Pool is very large and heated, New gas grills made grilling very enjoyable. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler , wagon everything needed for going to the beach. Everyone was very friendly. Screened in balcony was very nice and overlooked the pool, enjoyed my morning coffee there. Couple things for me I didn’t care for, Mattress was way to soft and furniture wasn’t very comfortable but Overall it was a great vacation.

Perfect place for us

The condo was perfectly set up for my husband, son and I. The kitchen had all of the supplies, utensils, appliances etc needed, convenient to the washer and dryer-I wish we didn’t have to do laundry on vaca but we do. Love the screened in porch with view of the pool. Played card games, set up a puzzle to do all week on the coffee table, work space for my husband when needed on dining table, extra large closet to store our suitcases and hang stuff, used the dresser for our clothes. Helps when in a smaller place to “move in” so we can get around easier. Great little desk that had extra beverage glasses and drink accessories. My son slept on the comfy pull out couch and having a second 1/2 bath is so helpful! Also just as helpful having beach chairs toys and towels so less to bring or go buy! We loved the location, pool and condo community as well! Trolley stop and Santini plaza so close and convenient.

We had so much fun walking the beach, enjoying meeting people at the pool, and the convenience of restaurants and Publix grocery store. We will be back!

We enjoyed the space. It was quiet, lean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We used the wagon, towels and great beach chairs at the beach a short distance away. We needed a little extra something while we were there and Glen made sure we were taken care of right away. We would love to stay here again.

Excellent property with many amenities. We especially appreciated the beach equipment and the cart to carry it in. Also, the coffee maker that can do pods or grounds. Host was very communicative.

Condo stay

We enjoyed our stay. Everything you needed was provided from washer/dryer, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Condo was clean and access was easy. There are 2 bathrooms but there is only one shower and it's located in the ensuite bathroom. We had a car which I feel was needed. Thank you B

A sweet little condo with great amenities! The icing on the cake was the availability of very nice beach accessories: chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, etc. Indicates that this owner is conscientious and knows what he's doing. The unit has absolutely everything you need to enjoy and week or two at the beach, including sharp knives for good cooks and plenty of laundry detergent. No need to take home a suitcase full of dirty clothes. I would absolutely stay at this property again. It is peaceful, clean, well-appointed, and convenient. Well done!!

Perfect Fort Myers Vacation Spot

The place was even better in person than what the photos showed. Everything from the check in process to check out was wonderful. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us and the view was really nice. We were even treated to daily late afternoon Manatee's play time in the marina. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated the smaller amenities such as having power strips with USB ports on both sides of the bed, beach chairs, beach equipment and several different size coolers. The pool was very clean and actually larger than expected Great communications with the owner. The value of this rental was exceptional. We hope to be able to return at some point to this nice little oasis.
