Always a great stay

Once again, we had a great time at this property. It is always clean and in great shape. The owners are great at responding and help in any way that they can to make your stay enjoyable. Plenty of supplies to keep you going and many pool and beach items if you want to use them. The jacuzzi jets however did not work any afternoon or evening during our stay which was a little bit of a downer, they would come on for 30 sec and then shut off and not come on again. Everything else was great! We love coming here every year and look forward to coming back next year.Thanks again

Great stay at FMB

What a great house! We all loved the indoor space, the games and the cleanliness of the house. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach. The pool and spa were a great way to enjoy the warm weather. Erin provided great instructions and communication throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we used the kitchen a lot. We would absolutely stay here again!

Another great stay!

This is my family‘s second time staying in this beautiful home! We love everything about it-the location is awesome, the backyard pool and deck are amazing, and the house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay!The beds are comfy and the house comes with a bunch of towels and chairs/cooler for the beach!We rented bikes this time, and it made getting into the busy part of town a lot easier. The traffic is kind of awful during spring break, but when you can just bike past all of the sitting cars it’s not so bad!Thanks again Erin!

Florida Family Getaway

The house and pool were phenominal. Great location on Ft. Myers Beach. Close to a number of beach access locations. It was easy to get to any place wanted eat, shop or seek out entertainment. Would definitely book this property again.

Family vacation

We had the best trip! The house was absolutely beautiful and so clean. We spent everyday swimming in the pool and walking to the beach for sunset. We also enjoyed fishing in the canal. The only problem was time went too fast and our trip was over. Already planning to come back. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property - very easy to check in. Erin notified me when the property was ready (before check in time!). The house is really nice - very open floor plan in the kitchen and family room, which was great for 2 young kids to play. The yard is wonderful, with the grass area and pool/jacuzzi.

Great Family Spot!

My family and I stay here for a week and it was amazing. We had so much fun hanging out in the pool , fishing in the back yard, and relaxing in the spacious home at night to wind things down. Great location , short walk to private beach, Publix around the corner, and Times Square few minutes away. Was great to see the island coming back, we come every year and can’t wait to come back next year.

The house was worth the trip!

We loved everything about this house...the pool/hot tub was definitely a hit with our family of 4. The inside of the home was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything you need to cook! My husband loved looking through all the old vinyl records, and we actually did our laundry on the last night and flew home with clean clothes, LOL! Thanks for a lovely stay!

A little piece of Heaven

What a wonderful property! The house is completely updated and has all you need. Waterfront view with a beautiful porch. We even saw dolphin swimming in the canal. Pool and spa were so perfect for our group. We loved the record player and our group had an absolutely fantastic trip! Erin was super responsive and we would book this house again x 10!

Perfect location, Perfect stay.

Wonderful property in a perfect location. Hard to still see a lot of destruction all around but this is everything you could hope for. Quiet, peaceful stay. Walked to beach everyday. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night. Even when it rained we enjoyed the large collection of classic rock albums. Would definitely stay here again if in FMB.

Cute home close to the beach! Good for families!

We stayed 3 nights here for part of vacay, kids had a blast! There wasn’t much to do in town, they’re still rebuilding from major hurricane damage. We knew this going into it & spent a lot more time in the house than usual. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool, which is why we booked this home over an OF condo. We were disappointed to find out after booking that pool hours were restricted, as this was not included in the listing. We would have chose something different knowing that bc our 3 teens want to participate in swimming beyond 10. There is a ton of beach/pool toys to use! The location to the beach and town square is a very short distance. The house was very clean, smelled nice and was very spacious. We loved the vibe, especially the living room & record player!! Great record collection!! There were plenty of beach towels, TP, sun care products etc. - anything you could need. The W/D worked well, detergent included. Kitchen sink doesn’t get hot. The pool was dirty with green algae & in rough shape, my son got cut on it a couple times & it wore out our swimsuits from being so abrasive. Jets don’t work in the spa, maybe for 30 secs. Had to switch around door handles in master bedroom. MB didn’t lock & it was way past time to contact the host per instructions, so we just fixed it ourselves. There isn’t a bunkbed in the bedroom per the listing, you can’t see the tv from one beds & this was not ideal for kids either, it caused arguments. Overall a good stay though.

FMB rebuilding

The house was in a mostly quiet neighborhood with only a few neighbors actually in their homes for the holidays. There were a few parties down the street. The kitchen was well stocked and the gas grill right out the kitchen was great to use. The kids especially loved the hot tub and pool. They even watched football games on Christmas from the hot tub in the light rain. We used the beach chairs one day which was wonderful to have. It was nice not to pack toys or beach towels as they had all that including a football! There are plenty of board games and even a record players. We didn’t enjoy the master bed mattress, but that could have been our preference. It is a firm foam platform king bed. The area is rebuilding but all the necessities are open…bars, restaurants, coffee and ice cream! There is still lots of rebuilding to do. We didn’t hear a lot of construction noise, so that was great. The house is conveniently located with grocery stores, restaurants, stores and the beach close by without being right on the beach next to a bar. Thanks for a nice Christmas getaway.
