About this property

Peace and quiet; Private pool - 3BR/3BA

  • This newly painted canal home has been updated with a new kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island dining area. The open floor plan, recently renovated with new tile floors, new furniture, all new queen beds and updated plumbing, overlooks a heated pool, a dock and the canal that accesses into the Gulf of Mexico.

    All three bedrooms have individual in suite baths. The master suite has a separate entry to the deck that overlooks the pool and the canal.The Great Room is newly decorated and has a high definition TV with Comcast On-Demand and an entertainment system with surround sound. Wireless internet is available in the entire house (and pool area!)
    The home is 200 yards from one of the widest points of beach on Fort Myers Beach. There are restaurants, bike and boat rentals nearby. We are in an excellent location.
