You will enjoy the large private fenced backyard private pool and outdoor dining. 15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, 10 minutes from I-75 Exit 131 (Daniels Pkwy). This is a great place for your next Florida vacation! This property is located in a residential neighborhood noise need to be kept to minimum after 10pm.
