"People are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. The hotel is very clean. I went to more expensive hotels, and this hotel did a much better job in everything, from helping people, great service at the Breakfast, and always cleaned our room. Definitely would stay again when coming back on vacations with my family."

"The stay, our 2nd here, was great! The hotel location is fantastic, the staff that are present are wonderful, the rooms are a very nice size & the balcony is adequate, the view is amazing… each day we spotted tons of birds, dolphins, a turtle and a manatee! The rooms, however, could use decor refreshing and the food/service could be upgraded. I have to mention that this 2nd trip was in offseason so staff was reduced & perhaps kitchen staff were stressed. Overall we chose to eat several family meals onsite & were satisfied but not impressed. Nearby restaurants are plentiful. We’ll return here next year and expect we’ll have the same welcoming experience. Include the Shell Museum in your activities-it’s amazing!"

"Hotel was very clean, as well as the room. Bathroom shower could need a makeup as it looked dated. Cleanliness of the room, bathroom and overall hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good! Good variety. Only negative with breakfast was the coffee. It tasted like hazelnut coffee and I’m not a fan of hazelnut coffee. Also, being from Florida was expecting good Orange juice and it tasted like fake OJ. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room very quiet and A/C worked perfectly. Good stay for the price."
