Open concept living room and kitchen area with new appliances and large eating area. The living room overlooks a comfortable screened in lanai with breathtaking views of the water and Amenity Centre which is just steps away from the home.

The Timber Creek community is a new gated community located 15 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport, and close to shopping, restaurants, beautiful golf courses, and amazing beaches. The community offers unmatched amenities with resort style pools, indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant, tennis, pickleball, basketball, gyms, saunas, arcade, indoor volleyball/basketball, kids splash pad, putting green, and much much more!
