The property is located a mere 500 feet away from resort sized heated pool, hot tub, exercise room and clubhouse. Less than 8-mile drive to Margaritaville and Fort Myers Beach and 11-mile drive to Sanibel Island. This is a Gated community with amenities including Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball and Shuffleboard. Minimum 1 month Rental and completion of an HOA rental application form is required.

The location was great. The pool was very warm! The neighbors were friendly and helpful! It was located close to restaurants and grocery stores. The furniture was a little dated but in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked! The host was quick to respond to any of our questions.
