Welcome to “Sunny & Chair” – your favorite beach vacation retreat! We have designed the condo with all the bells and whistles to ensure you have a beautiful vacation and restful sleep at night! You will not believe the incredible beach and Gulf views - you can watch the dolphins play, dine alfresco, or read a book from the balcony. FREE beach service is included – 2 chairs + umbrella each day of your stay set up for you right on the beach! We leave two additional Sunflow chairs and a cooler for you! Walk across the street for a tasty seafood meal at Stewby’s or AJ’s Oyster Shanty and watch the seasonal fireworks right from the balcony.

⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing time at Sunny & Chair! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the space. The property is beautifully maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect. We especially enjoyed the cozy balcony where we could unwind after a day of exploring. ⭐️

⭐️ We loved the condo and felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. Lamps were lit, peaceful music was playing and it smelled like you had walked into a spa. The view is breathtaking with easy beach access. Recommendations were provided for local restaurants and activities. ⭐️

Sunny & Chair is ideally located on Okaloosa Island offering a lower density beach vacation. There aren’t any high rises on OKI, so no more fighting for space or sitting in the 5th row! There are so many activities to enjoy, including:
✔ Okaloosa Island Beach: A pristine stretch of white sand and emerald green water offering parasailing, pontoon & jet-ski rentals and a fishing pier!
✔ The Boardwalk with many shops and restaurants, beach volleyball, and a fishing pier + seasonal fireworks shows!

THE FINE PRINT

• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.

*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
