Beautiful top floor unit!

Loved this unit! We have stayed we Waterscape many times and this was one of our favorite units. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. We will definitely be returning!

I’ve stayed a many condos, resorts, hotels etc and this room was filthy and overpriced in comparison.

Old appliances and Fixtures

This year things have changed and not for the better. I was going to get the comments to the proper channels in hopes of turning things around on the overall property. In the condo the water fixtures need to be replaced if the correct valves cannot be found for proper hot/cold function as normal. I understand the water leak into our rooms was from the A/C condensation lines and things happen like that. The lack of soap/shampoo/conditioner was overlooked this year. We have to wear wristbands so the addition of door code locks on bathrooms, and pool doors are completely unnecessary. Little kids wetting themselves because they can't get in to toilet is a concern or just deciding to pee in the pool isn't good management. We've stayed here many times with no problems and hope next trip things return to normal. I loved this property in previous years. It is showing its age and lack of upgrades to appliances and fixtures from the 90’s are becoming a problem.
