Great Place

This was a really great place to stay, it was very clean. In a really great location, the property managers were really amazing and reached out to let us know about everything we needed. My kids had a great time, and loved how close the walk to the beach was. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The condo was nice...could use some updating...and tile floors could use a cleaning...other than that...was very relaxing and LOVED being right on the beach...Also put balcony to good use. Will be back for sure.

Nice place

It was a very nice property. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud at times, but it didnt effect my stay much at all. The Bed was to firm for me but the recliner was nice to sleep in. I would go back.

Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental experience was really smooth,I booked the place online on a Sunday afternoon and the following Monday morning I heard from the friendly staff, the customer service was always great. I absolutely loved the condo ,also loved the fact that the actuall resort wasn't so big so it felt like we had our own private beach , when most of the resorts were huge and were full of people. The condo is really cute , great location and just enough space for us. Will defenely book this place again .

The location was great, the condo was very clean, nicely decorated, well equiped and you just couldn't beat the view of the beach. The condo building was well maintained as well. The elevator was a little hot and sometimes musty smelling, but we were thankful to have an elevator in the building. The staff at Brooks and Shorey Resorts was awesome as well. We will definately be back to visit again.

Property had just what I was looking for, directly on the beach, balcony with beach view , easy access to the beach, Bed in bedroom was very comfortable Condo was very nice, small disappointment the pool is on the street side in pictures it made me feel like it was beach side, only down fall was bunk bed mattress need to be replaced my grands said they were like sleeping on the floor thank goodness for the pull out sofa bed Grandson was able to sleep on it and we were able to double up the mattress on bunk to make it comfortable for granddaughter,

Free beach service is so convenient. 4003 is a beautiful 1 bedroom unit with 1 large bathroom. We loved the roomy floor plan. Furniture in the living area is very nice and comfortable. We loved the balcony furniture. There is abundant storage available. The bunks in the hallway are not comfortable, thin and very hard. King bed in master is firm but comfortable. Booking is always simple and everyone is very helpful at Brooks & Shorey. I’ve used them for years.

The Unfortunately the property pictures did not accurately portray the living room furniture. The comfortable recliner chairs were nowhere to be found in this unit. There was not a comfortable chair in the entire condo. Previous reviewers commented on the "sloping bed". That has not been corrected. It feels like you are going to roll out of the bed because it sags along the side.These are issues that the owners need to address.

Good overall

Must say this was the cleanest condo we have ever booked and we have booked many over the past 20 years. Kudos to the cleaning staff! The complex is small and uncrowded—huge plus. Beach service is excellent, usually setup around 8am and taken down at 5pm. However, I would not book this unit again unless the mattress was changed out. My wife and I could barely stand it by the end of our stay. Very soft and unsupportive with deep “ruts” on either side with a ridge down the center. This mattress is worn out. I would expect better for the price

Relaxing Excape

The couches/chairs were not very comfortable and there were a few cosmetic errors on the ceilings and walls (paint chipping/bulging). There were some leftover water bottles left under the bed and food in cracks of the couches, but all in all, it was a pretty clean unit. I know they don't have control over other units, but the walls are pretty thin so we could hear nextdoor neighbors. Also, other guests were smoking marijuana so that was off-putting to smell on the patio. But, the umbrellas on the beach were a wonderful addition and the beach itself was beautiful! A heads up though--this unit is not in walking distances of any restaurants (closest is 30 minutes away) so plan to get a rental car or uber.

Perfect Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and well appointed. Everything we could need, in terms of kitchen supplies was there! It appeared as if the kitchen appliances were brand new. All of the furniture was very comfortable, the mattress in the bedroom was also comfortable. The view of the Gulf is incredible as the building sits on the beach. I liked that the pool area was in back of the building so there was nothing to restrict or distract from the view of the surf. We looked at booking again for next year, but unfortunately, it appears it is already booked for the dates we looked at. I would definitely recommend to others. Only one slight issue, the cleaning crew evidently forgot to leave washcloths! There was only One in the unit so I just bought a cheap bundle of washcloths at WalMart. It was no big deal, just a funny oversight!
