Great place to stay for a small family!

This property was great for me and my wife. We stayed here on our last vacation as a family of two before our baby arrives. The property was clean, the kitchen was fully loaded with all common kitchen gear, and with a balcony view looking straight on to the beach, this condo really is all you need for a great beach vacation. The beach it sits on is also great! No seaweed, trash, or critters that might make some ocean time less enjoyable. It was quiet the week went in early March too. Great family condo.

Ocean retreat

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle. It was such a treat to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Everything was exactly as described. Our one recommendation would be that 2 Kuerig coffee cups are left for couples versus just leaving one. Other then that, everything was perfect!

This place is clean and homey. Loved the view and convenience of being right on the beach. The offer of chairs and umbrella on the beach is nice. We were supposed to have a designated parking spot but unfortunately the garage was closed and we were not notified but still there was parking available.

Quiet and Beautiful

My husband and I stayed with our 8 year old daughter. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect during the cooler season. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. Saw dolphins everyday. Prestine white sand beach just steps away and close to great restaurants. Perfect place to unplug and reconnect with your loved ones. Condo was clean and a great size for our family. We will definitely be back!

Bed with blue foam comforter stained issue

My family and I enjoyed our stay until the last day. On the last day, our cleaning instructions were to take the sheets out of the bed mattress and lay on the floor for the cleaning lady to take care of. When we did this We say a nasty blue foam with multiple yellow/black spots. We slept on this bed for a whole week. So, please don’t go here if you are a germ phobic or get grossed out easily.

Great view from the balcony and great location if you like less traffic. Condo had everything you need - toaster didn’t work and they replaced it during my stay. If I had 1 negative comment it is the footboard on the master bedroom bed - it is the perfect height to bust your kneecap on it. Still give it 5 stars and recommend it.

I will stay in this unit again, Great location, amazing view, well equipped, some minor issues.

The building is very nice, outdoor pool and hot tub (we didn’t use the hot tub), with restrooms near the pool, short walk to the beach less than 5 minutes, umbrella and 2 chairs were included which is always nice. The Condo is beautiful with an amazing view more storage space for clothing than we could use, a very nice kitchen ice maker in the freezer but no water dispenser, the shower head in the master bathroom is high enough you won’t hit your head and has great water pressure, the boys loved the bunk beds, but we couldn’t get the tv’s to connect to the cable tv (didn’t put much effort into it), second bathroom was very nice with a walk-in shower. Let’s talk about what could use improvement; we had children with us so in the evening when the kids were in bed it was too loud at the pool to enjoy the balcony, so we would watch television which could use an update but was adequate, the bed in the bedroom super firm almost hard, the bed frame was very wobbly every time I would move the entire bed would move with me(6’2” 250lbs), the TV in the bedroom could use an update but was adequate, the kitchen could use some sort of pantry space. I will stay in this unit again.
