This condo just went under a 4.5 million dollar renovation and looks gorgeous. Beautiful Okalossa Island Gulf Front Condo. 2 washers/dryers are located on every floor. Wi-fi is available at no charge. Outdoor pool is heated March-december
Beach service is provided free of charge from March 1 - October 31.!!!

This condo has been newly remodeled.We purchased this condo and have completely updated the interior. We recently had tinted hurricane proof windows and sliding glass doors installed that really look beautiful We updated the condo floors with ceramic tile.The condo is decorated in the beach theme that I am sure you will love. The master bedroom has plush carpeting with a king size pillow top mattress. You can leave open the sliding glass door and listen to the waves as you sleep. The guest bedroom has a queen and full size bed for your convenience.We have 2 bathrooms. We have DVD players in both bedroom and the living room.We provide books for your reading enjoyment.The kitchen is furnished with newer appliances and a beautiful granite counter-top. I have provided an entertainment guide for your enjoyment. You can have your favorite seafood at one of our local restaurants or choose one or more of the listed activities in the guide.
The kitchen is fully furnished with your cooking needs. You can enjoy a swim in the beautiful clean sparkling water in the pool which is is heated March-October.
I am sure you will find so much to do in the Fort Walton Beach area that you may want to stay longer than 1 week.
We try to make your vacation stress free . If you have any questions you may call us and we will try to take care of them for you,

Vacation with family

We enjoyed our time with spent at the condo. It was very clean, in a great location. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing we had to get was our groceries. Would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great place to stay. We will come again.

Great location and condo!

Loved the location of this place and how it was just steps to the beach! The beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella were such a great extra! Close to a Walmart to get all your supplies and then less than 15 to Destin for more restaurants and a busy, fun boardwalk! Will def be back😊

Perfect for us

We enjoyed this condo. Just a short walk to beach access. Condo was clean, right amount of room for our family. Property manager thought of everything including snacks for us, extra ice machine, and a closet with everything we would need on the beach. We also loved the beach service chairs and umbrella provided. My son enjoyed the pool. We won’t forget our stay!

The view from the balcony was unobstructed. The pool was very nice and heated. Easy access to the beach and the Beach Service was the best. The condo was well equipped, cable, internet, well stocked kitchen. The location was great. Close to Destin and Ft Walton Beach but not near the commotion. The book.of things to do was helpful too.

Great stay

This condo is kept very clean and is a very short distance to the beach. We did not have any issues during our stay. In general you do have to drive a lot of places in order to get access to more restaurants and activities. Due to this there was a lot of commuting time. Overall though a great place if you want to enjoy the beach with not too many crowds.

Amazing!!

We had an awesome, long stay in this beautiful condo!! Tina was so easy to communicate with, and the condo was so clean! The beds were comfy, the couches were comfy, the water pressure was great, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the view was fabulous. We will definitely be back!

A perfect beach getaway

We were in unit 600. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were two full/queen beds in the second bedroom, which our daughters loved. The view is fantastic; you're right on the beach. The master bedroom offers a view of the beach and its own private access to the balcony. The bathroom in the master bedroom was very spacious and had shelves on either side of the sink, which was great for keeping essentials that wouldn't get wet from the sink. The swimming pool was perfect. It was heated, so not too cold. The pier is a short drive away. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. Great condo!

Perfect family spot

We had such a relaxing week staying at the Emerald Isle. Tina was very accommodating and made sure we had all we needed to have a great time. Excellent location, many restaurants close by, and family activities. Enjoyed the pool and the beach daily.

Spring Getaway
