Perfect vacation

Everything was as advertised. The convenience of staying on the ground level was perfect for simply walking out of your sliding doors to the pool area and avoiding the elevators was so nice. Would definitely stay again.

A quick getaway

My husband and I typically stay in Panama City Beach but wanted to stay somewhere different. This place was great. We sat out on the patio in the morning for coffee and for cocktails when the sun went down. There are 3 pools on the property

Fun Place

The amenities are great and it is nice being right next to the pool. Short walk including one flight of stairs or elevator to get to the beach. Mark sent clear instructions on where to park, which elevator to use, etc which made check in very easy!

Great condo and exactly as pictured. Access to the pool area from the patio was fantastic. We have stayed at Waterscape before so we knew what to expect. It's a big place but they have lots to do around the pool areas. If you don't need a huge condo, this one is great. The pull out mattress on the couch was perfect for my daughter. Would definitely stay again!

Great First Experience!

We chose to spend our vacation here at Mark’s location at Waterscape and it went just as we’d hoped for. Everything went smoothly, and the condo was perfect for my family. With the condo being poolside, it was perfect for my kids. It smelled fresh during our stay and was very clean. Everything we could need was provided. We would definitely book with Mark again. His hospitality and clear instructions were superb!

Awesome rental!

We booked this unit after reviewing a ton of options. Needed a place that would accommodate a ten day stay, provide all of the amenities and be toddler friendly. Condo has everything you need to enjoy the pools and beach. Steps to heated pool and a short walk to the beach. Excellent communication from host. Will be booking here again!

Awesome vacay

The condo was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It’s resort like with lots of amenities including 3 large pools. It’s located minutes from the sand and everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. The owner Mark called on our drive down and he’s so nice and helpful!! 5 stars. We will book again with him. Great location

One bedroom with king bed, queen couch pull out bed and twin loveseat pull out bed. Simple and clean and great location. Washer and dryer were very nice. Take your own laundry soap and keep your clothes clean! Toys were available for us to use left by previous renters. Very happy. We will stay again.
