Fall Break 2024

First trip to Oakalosa- resort was great for kids including all the onsite activities! B103 was exactly as represented- response to questions and checkin was quick and efficient! Very clean and easy access to pools and beach! First floor was great with yard access from beach to outside patio for sandy beach stuff!

Summer vacation

We had a nice time at this condo! The condo was clean when we arrived and we didn’t have any issues. Plenty of space for everybody. The kids loved the pools and had tons of fun. It was nice having the beach service chairs and umbrella, and the attendants were very friendly and helpful to get our spot picked out.

Wonderful Family Vacation l!!

Our favorite property to vacation with our family. Been coming for years to Waterscape! Amenities clean, family friendly and spacious condos. And right on the beach. Can walk to almost everything. Highly recommend for kids young or old!!!

Multigenerational Getaway

Three generations of our family had a wonderful stay at Waterscape! Our young grandsons LOVED all of the pool areas while we enjoyed our beach time. The first floor location of the condo put us just steps away from the pool, but it was still quiet enough for the toddler to nap in the afternoon. Having two master suites in the condo along with a bunk room was a real plus and it gave each family the space we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had no complaints about our week in B103. This condo has everything a family needs to be comfortable and the resort is a great place for kids & adults. Coastal Vibes Vacations was incredibly responsive anytime we had a question before or during our stay. We will be back!

Beautiful unit!

We have stayed at Waterscapes several times and loved this unit! The decor was very nice. Being on the 1st floor, directly across the hall from the pool/beach access door was convenient. I did miss the view you get on higher levels but the patio area was nice. We had to reach out to management due to a frozen ice maker and they were receptive and responded timely.

Home Away From Home

This was an our second time to stay in B103 and we were just as satisfied with our experience as the first time. The condo has everything we need to feel like our home away from home. B103 has a back porch that is quiet and feels private, and the kitchen is well stocked with the equipment needed to cook meals and serve our family and our guests. It's a short walk to the beach and pool as well as restaurants and souvenir stores. We love B103!

Absolutely zero complaints from me or my family! The location of this room is perfect. Steps away from the pool area and beach access. Room was plenty big and was very comfortable. The only complaint is that we had to come back home! The condo was spotless when we came in. The cleaning crew does a great job and got it done 2 hours before expected check in. 100% will stay in B103 again

Perfect location

We booked a last minute get away and little did we know we’d hit the jackpot!! The condo was the perfect location and easy to get to. Patio could’ve been cleaner and there was some sand left in the floors but it’s the beach! Owner was quick to respond to any questions. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect place for family get away!

Our unit was perfectly located to beach and pool area! We were close enough to the pier to walk and the beaches and property were beautiful. The only downside was for party of 8 to go out to dinner we were guaranteed to wait at least an hour. To avoid this go out earlier/ later, or prepare dinner at home. The condo was equipped with just about everything you would need to prepare dinner.

Perfect!

Absolutely loved the location. It was a short drive to many restaurants and other fun attractions with a lot being within walking distance. Our unit was spacious and very nice! The bathrooms in both bedrooms were very big with walk in showers AND separate garden tubs Our unit walked right out to the pool area and had a very short walk to the beach. The pools were large with many things to do for the kids at each one. The lazy river was big and so relaxing. This is our second year at Waterscape but first time with this particular property. We will definitely be trying to book this again for next year!

Great location!

This is the fourth property we have stayed at at the Waterscape. The location was perfect. This is the best one out of the four. Everything was great! A couple little things…there were 3 lights out in one bathroom and 1 in the other. None of the ceiling fans worked correctly or at all. It would be nice to have a tote on the patio for beach toys that can be recycled and reused.

Not as Expected OR Described

I'm not a complainer. As a matter of fact, I believe this is the first review I have every written. As a visitor to a place that I have never been to, the only vision and opinion that I have prior to arriving is what I view in pictures. Pictures posted to "sell" me on choosing their place over choosing somewhere else. Unfortunately, this particular condo was NOT as described. It was not a warm and cozy environment. Half of the pictures on the wall were missing and only holes, or picture hangers remained in their place. There was no greenery as pictured. Now, as this may seem frivolous to some, again...I choose places to visit with five children that are places that seem inviting, warm, cozy, and have conveniences of home or better. Goodness knows...WE PAID THE PRICE FOR THEM! They emphasized "do not bring sand into the condo!" It was very difficult to keep sand out of the condo when all of the rugs were also missing. We went to use the coffee maker for the first time (which was stored in the pantry as if cleaned and stored and ready to use, yet had old coffee remaining in not only the pot but used coffee grounds in the top of the coffee maker. Gross. Maybe that was a house keeping issue, but the issue remains. One of the biggest selling points for us was the large outdoor dining table and chairs. Nope. No nice table. Instead a hightop table with 4 seats and two old, dirty loungechairs. What?! Ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend this unit. Period.

Perfect vacation! Amazing location for families

This unit is in a perfect spot for young families. You have a great view of the water, but there's also plenty of space for kids to run around or throw a ball just outside the back doors. It's also a quick walk to the pool and the itself is very well stocked And has plenty of space. We loved it and will definitely be back.

We went for the week with our young child. This property is VERY kid friendly. Very busy even in the off season. Just want to prepare, if you don’t have kids then this may not be the property for you.

Location... Location... Location

WOW... This condo couldn't be more convenient especially for those with kids. Located steps away from the beach, pool, elevator, and parking garage is what really made this condo. (When I say steps I really mean steps away from everything) The condo was clean and well maintained. The Waterscape facility is like no other and we were very impressed with the amenities offered. Once you stay here you will never go anywhere else. Issues were quickly addressed. Starter supplies (TP) were missing from 2 of the bathrooms however I was given the option to have someone return with the supplies or a small refund for the trouble could be offered. I elected no need to return with the TP as we had already adjusted our grocery order that was being delivered to the condo. I didn't see a refund either but wasn't too concerned about this as we adapted to the situation. The kitchen was missing a few items and without even knowing these items were dropped off to the condo while we were out one day. Overall this place was amazing and I can honestly say I hope my family can visit again in the future and for many years to come!

Loved it!

We loved our stay and the entire process. There were a few minor issues upon arrival with the cleaning but in providing feedback I was emailed immediately and offered to have a cleaning service come back. I declined because it wasn't that necessary. David was so helpful in everything and quick to respond. We plan to make this a yearly vacation. This was our 2nd year at Waterscape but 1st year in this condo unit and using Costal vibe. We traveled with kids ages 4-21 and everyone enjoyed their time! Thank you!
