"Overall, the hotel was very clean and had great views. The area had great vibes and restaurants. The highlight of the hotel, like any other hotel, was the housekeeping staff, who were very friendly and helpful. So were the restaurant staff. The front desk staff were not very friendly but did address our questions and concerns. The cons were the hidden fees. On the first day, they told us we had a $25 resort credit to use at the restaurant. However, at checkout, you are hit with a 2-fold hidden fee. Unlike another review that says they charged for water, the water was “free” but probably built into those hidden fees. Room service is basically non-existent. I tried calling the front desk or the restaurant, but I couldn't figure out how the phone worked. So, I tried calling the front desk with my own phone, and no one would pick up. You would need to go to the restaurant during their operating hours to order takeout."

"Clean room, host is easy to communicate with, spacious rooms, AC is working properly, beddings are clean. The only thing that I think would make a guest stay more comfortably is if a sink would be at the dining/kitchen near the fridge and cooking area rather than going thru the bedroom all the way to the bathroom to wash dishes and utensils. A kitchen knife would also be a practical addition to the utensils. Also, the other bedroom is only accessed thru the shared bathroom and if locked by the user in the bathroom, no one from that bedroom can go out - this is a safety issue."

"Room was very clean. Location was close to everything I needed to get to. Breakfast buffet was $18. Compare the selection with what's available in town to see if that's what you'd prefer, but I thought it was a fair price. At least wifi was free!"

"Overall a great house for a large family. Plenty of bedrooms and private baths. We stayed with three couples ranging from early 40s to mid 70s and a few single people over 35 as well one teen. The only improvement I would suggest is putting more traditional seating in the house. The TV room, where my family tends to gather late at night, didn't have chairs. My parents can't sit on the floor, and I would suspect many older visiters would have similar challenges. We had to move chairs from the well-appointed living room (that didn't have a TV). We did find it a somewhat disconcerting that the owner pops in an out of the basement office without warning. This was a little taxing on nerves of a few family members.Owner was very responsive to a few issues we had with the house which we appreciated. We would stay there again."
